Enel-SP - 2020
Objective: implementation of condition-oriented asset management system (SmartSub) in the Operation Center and making the centralized collection of data, in substations, passing it on to the COS via local SCADA.
ENEL-SP is the largest distribution concessionaire in Latin America, serving 24 municipalities and more than 8 million consumer units through 150 substations.
Initially, the monitoring of twenty-six assets of the 40/60MVA transformer type was implemented. Each asset has about ten smart sensors, totaling 260 IEDs that, within the scope of this supply, were installed and integrated into the solution.
In the scope of this supply, in addition to the condition-oriented asset management carried out in the COS by SmartSub, a concentrator was placed in each substation, which collects data from the IEDs associated with each transformer and sends them to the SmartSub software, through the local SCADA. SmartSub provides 5 modules: Maintenance, Monitoring, Engineering, Early Fault Detection (Advanced Pattern Recognition) and Dashboards that implement asset condition-oriented management.
